I run paid acquisition end to end: market analysis, tracking, campaigns, and the CRM loop that shows which leads actually turned into revenue.

Now: Senior Performance Marketer at COLAB since March 2026, running 15–20 accounts across its Los Angeles, Dubai and legal lead-generation units.

Per-100 figures are derived from 177,880 installs, 74,848 signups and 34,669 conversions, paid media Mar–Oct 2025.

A remittance app sending from 29 countries to more than 100. I ran acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and Apple Search Ads against fixed unit-cost targets: £3.00 per install, £6.00 per signup, £10.00 per acquired customer.

Meta carried the volume at the lowest cost per install of the three main channels.

IME Nepal joint campaign

Led from trend analysis to execution: country budget splits and platform allocation across performance, loyalty and organic. Monthly transactions grew from a 32,000 base, through acquisition pushes and reactivating dormant customers.

Achieved monthly transactions. Base to month one: +42%.

Google reported 0.91x. The real return was 2.42x.

In plain terms Every $1 spent on ads brought back $2.42 in paid revenue, and most of it came from customers who came back for more work.

Share of customers

Share of paid revenue

I built this Google Ads account from scratch and ran it to $68,860 in spend. Inside Google it looked like a loss: tracked jobs returned 0.91x.

Joining the CRM’s paid revenue to the ad data told a different story. 18 of 54 customers came back for more work, and those repeat customers produced 78% of paid revenue. Google only ever saw the first job, so it was bidding to win small service calls. The lesson: judge plumbing leads on lifetime job value, not cost per lead.

J Telemarketing · Lead generation · US and Pakistan · 2020–2024

Lead generation at volume: 1,500–2,000 leads a day

In plain terms $100 bought about 23 leads in the US and about 81 in Pakistan.

United States, $4.42 per lead≈23 leads

Pakistan, $1.24 per lead≈81 leads

Each dot is one lead. Derived: $100 divided by each market’s cost per lead.

Over four years I scaled lead generation across home security, solar, credit repair, real estate and travel to $8K–$10K a day in budget, with $1M+ managed over the tenure. I also built the sales-team operations, automation and CRM integrations for real-time lead tracking.

The market comparison shows why Pakistan mattered: about a quarter of the US spend produced nearly as many leads.
